Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise purchased before noon pacific time Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched the following 1-2 business days. If a product is out of stock customer will be contacted with an updated ETA, an alternate item, or offer of a refund. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products you are purchasing and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for the products you want to purchase by adding them to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. Delivery dates are determined based on the zipcode of your shipping address.
We ship all products to APO/FPO addresses with the exception of Compex Units. Only Compex accessories are shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
**Overnight shipping is not a guarantee for PO BOX or APO addresses.**
Standard overnight is delivery by 3pm; 8pm for residential addresses.
Priority overnight is delivery by noon; 3pm for residential addresses.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $50.
Guam and Virgin Islands: Orders being shipped to Guam and Virgin Islands will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail or Fedex. There is no expedited option for Guam or Virgin Islands at this time.
Where Do You Ship Within the U.S.?
BetterBraces.com delivers to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail and require an additional $6.00 over our regular shipping and handling charges. Please note that deliveries to Guam and Virgin Islands must be shipped U.S. Priority Mail or FedEx.
Do You Ship Outside the U.S.?
At the present time we offer shipping to Canada via UPS Standard at a flat rate of $29.99 per order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO BOX addresses in Canada.

When will a Backordered Item be shipped?
BetterBraces.com strives to maintain high inventory levels to satisfy all customer orders. Sometimes, however, demand can exceed supply, and a product will be listed as "Backordered." Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible. If you need a rush delivery on your item, please email email@example.com to check on our inventory for the item you need.
