- I am an experienced yoga practitioner. I do multiple reverse push up movements (chataranga) in class. I must have tweaked my wrist. Which brace would best allow healing and allow me to continue this motion in class as well?
- Yes, this would be ideal for your injury. The wrist support does allow you to remove the countered aluminum palmer, to allow more mobility if needed, but still provide the stability and support you need.

- Is this brace good for a competitive swimmer and our workouts in the water? Is it waterproof?
- YES YOU CAN WEAR THAT BRACE IN THE WATER. YOU WILL NEED TO RINSE THE CLORINE OUT OF IT AFTERWARDS AND LET IT AIR DRY BETWEEN USE

- I am a competitive cheerleader and have 'overuse' injuries in both wrists. It is extremely painful for me to tumble because it pushes my wrists flat against the floor. I am currently using Tiger Paws which work awesome for tumbling, but is very painful to whoever I am stunting with when we catch the flyer it hits the other base's arms and leaves bruises on them. I am trying to find a good alternative that will let me tumble without pain (or at least minimal pain) and also let me stunt without leaving bruises on the other base. Do you have a brace that could maybe help with this?
- You could try the don Joy Wrist Wraps. The brace has a more rigid piece on top but it is not metal to it will not cause injury to someone else.

- I have fractured my wrist and I am getting my cast off soon and I need a wrist brace so I can play basketball. Is there any that can give some protection but still have flexibility?
- We actually have a few wrist supports that would be beneficial for you. The Wrist Wraps will allow full hand motion yets provide compression and support to the wrist. https://www.betterbraces.com/donjoy-wrist-wraps-wrist-brace
The Proform Double Wrist Wrap will provide wrist support and compression but wraps throught the hand. There are no rigid parts to either of these braces so you should be able to get full wrist motion when shooting the basketball.

- I have very small wrist only 6", will this be too big for me?
I need a wrist support for playing tennis becos I had carpal tunnel last year so my wrist is weak now. Is this the best one for me? - The brace wraps around your wrist so even if you have a small wrist you should still be able to wrap it tight

- I need a wrist brace for support in golf. My wrist is small and it would be good if I had support for thumb area too. I need flexibility for my swing.
Thank you - Since you want a brace that will be soft enough to still be able to use your wrist but also want your thumb immobilized I would suggest the Procare Universal Thumb-o-prene. The thumb is supported and you still get some wrist support as well.

- Does the brace "breath" to keep it from smelling if worn for long period of time during the summer?
- Marion
The brace is made of neoprene which is like wet suit material so it will not be breathable. You would want something like the Aircast A2 Wrist brace. https://www.betterbraces.com/aircast-a2-wrist-brace

- James
The Wrist O Prene is a wrap around so it can be applied as tight or as loose as you see fit.
