- Great product - lost my instructions though. Should the pads be placed on the top/bottom of the forearm (palm face down) or should it be placed on the inside/outside of the forearm (also assuming that your palm is face down). Is a different placement advised for tennis vs golfer's elbow?
Thanks ... and I can attest that it brings relief / healing for both tennis and golfer's elbow. - The palm should be facing down and the Bandit plates should be on the top and bottom of the elbow below the joint

Yes the Bandit has pads for both sides of the elbow so it should work with both conditions at the same time

- Hi,
I was recommended the Band-It elbow brace, and tried someone's on. It was too big for my arm. I noticed only a "one size fits al". Is there a small or extra-small version? - Julie
All of the tennis elbow supports are universal except the Procare Tennis Elbow Support Band https://www.betterbraces.com/procare-tennis-elbow-support

Great product for tendinitis
Have one of these, I use it when my tendinitis is bothering me. It gives a great amount of relief from the pain. Great product. Velcro wears after some time, but for the price I'd gladly purchase a new one.Band-It Tennis Elbow Brace - AWESOME
I've used one for years. This was a Christmas present & I'm told that it provided IMMEDIATE relief.Pros: It works! I have recommended it to several of my racquetball buddies and those that have bought it all love it.Cons: No problems with it at all.Share Your Usage: Preventing Injury, Sports, Occasional Use

Brace that does its job
This brace is perfect. Was diagnosed with medial nerve problem (golfer's elbow) Was advised to get this brace by my O T Specialist. This brace works fantastically well. Nerve pain is gone and this brace is so comfortable to wear that I forget that I have it one. This brace is well made and easy to put on. It has made my life a lot easier ad pain free.Pros: Stylish, easy to put on and does its job at a affordable price.Cons: Have found oneShare Your Usage: Recovering from Injury
Great brace
My physical therapist recommended this brace and it works so much better than the one I had.Quality I find it relieves some of the aching pain associated with elbow tendonitis and it offers some support. However, i do find the velcro strap material somewhat uncomfortable where it touches my skin. Some pre-wrap/under wrap may help with this issue.
