    • Is there a silicone insert that is chilled before putting it on
    • No there is no silicone piece for this band

    • Great product - lost my instructions though. Should the pads be placed on the top/bottom of the forearm (palm face down) or should it be placed on the inside/outside of the forearm (also assuming that your palm is face down). Is a different placement advised for tennis vs golfer's elbow?

Thanks ... and I can attest that it brings relief / healing for both tennis and golfer's elbow.
    • The palm should be facing down and the Bandit plates should be on the top and bottom of the elbow below the joint

    • have both tennis and golfer elbow, will this product work on both at same time
    • Steve
Yes the Bandit has pads for both sides of the elbow so it should work with both conditions at the same time
  • harry at 1/19/2015 9:52 AM
    • I forgot placement instructions ...is it 2 fingers-width below the elbow?
    • Harry
      That is correct
  • Julie at 10/5/2014 4:25 AM
    • Hi,
I was recommended the Band-It elbow brace, and tried someone's on. It was too big for my arm. I noticed only a "one size fits al". Is there a small or extra-small version?
    • Julie
All of the tennis elbow supports are universal except the Procare Tennis Elbow Support Band http://www.betterbraces.com/procare-tennis-elbow-support
  • Samantha at 3/23/2014 8:29 PM
    • Is this product latex free?
    • Yes
  • Joyce at 5/19/2013 5:37 AM
    • Is this item also good for medial epicondylitis "golfer's elbow" which I have from very long term crutch use?
    • Hello, Joyce -

Yes this item can be used for medial epicondylitis as well. We recommend that you speak with your health care provider (PT, MD, etc) as far as appropriate application of the band.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Great product for tendinitis

Have one of these, I use it when my tendinitis is bothering me. It gives a great amount of relief from the pain. Great product. Velcro wears after some time, but for the price I'd gladly purchase a new one.
