Questions on ProCare IMAK Smart Glove

- My husband is a walking Mail Carrier, he is plagued by constant pain to his palm pad area below the thumb and in his wrist joint just below the base of his thumb. He is left handed and has me squeeze the pad like a pinch from front to back and put pressure in the notched area at the base of his thumb. X-rays reveal mild arthritis, he refuses anti-inflammatories unless desperate for relief. Pride and agility won't allow him to wear a wrist brace or ace wrap at work. Lastly he is an avid Blogger, and loves to play x-box. Any suggestions?
