When I received my pil o splint today and open the package, it was everything i had hoped. Seems very comfortable! Mainly wanted for carpal tunnel and to keep fingers in a resting position while sleeping. I found with other braces for carpal tunnel I had a tendency to curl my fingers toward my palm, with added arthrities in finger joints keeping my fingers straight while sleeping will be a help. There is a cushion support inside that the palm of your hand rest on... very comfy and supportive. Need to keep my hands well to cut hair! - char

I really like this splint. I've worn splint supports while sleeping for years. The best thing about this is there's no adjustment - just slip it on. With the cushion support for your palm and the support bars on top, it's soooo much easier and convenient for use. I would recommend it. - BethinMD
