  • My wife has an Aspen cervical collar that was applied in the hospital after surgery. Because of her small stature the Dr. had to obtain a collar from the children's.
    It is labeled PD5. What size would that be in your chart?

    is this the model that has a depression for your chin?
    is there a way that I can see my previous orders to verify the correct collar?

  • I'm confused by your size chart. My sternal notch to chin height is 3 1/2" and my neck circumference is 15 1/2". Can you please tell me what size collar would fit.

  • I need the 79-83016 but when I try to order, it only lets me choose the 79-83006 which is the firm density not the medium density that I need. Can I order the correct one from you??

  • Hi, Your size chart is REALLY confusing....my sternal notch to chin is 3 1/2, circ. of my neck is 16, I have NO IDEA what that would be on your sizing chart. Do you?

    You can either order a small or a small/long. Because the circumference of your neck is 16", you fall in the parameters of both sizes (you are on the border of a small and fall in the cusp of a small/long). I would recommend going with the Small/Long (just to allow for extra length for comfort.

  • What size would you recommend my neck is 121/2". sternol to chin is 41/2"?
  • What type of Neck Brace are you looking for, a rigid brace that restricts mobility or a soft brace that provides support? Size fitting for Soft Neck Braces are based off of neck circumference. A 12 ½ neck circumference will be a size Small in a Soft Brace ( Form Fit Cervical Collar).
