For the price, this is really well made wrist support. You might want to order a couple of sizes, just in case. My wrist measures 6-inches over the bony part, and the Small should have fit, according to the Chart Size provided. It doesn't. Around the arm, the splint edges don't even come close to touching as in the product photograph. Lots of velcro (wide strips); fit would be good/snug if right size. I would recommend to a friend. If you have Carpal Tunnel, be sure to remove the bottom (palmar) metal insert. - Smitty
