Just received and now waiting...and waiting to get a response from Customer Service about returning/exchanging this. Thought this would be a nice change from my old aircast brace similar to this.. Brace itself is not comfortable...The strapping on brace does not snug around ankle plus the strapping is not designed to end up attached (like the picture) I have about 4-5 inches of black strapping flapping around and hooking on everything... - bart
