Questions on ProCare Vista Cervical Collar

- I'm trying to order a Vista collar & I am prompted with a choice of "collar" vs "collar set". I don't see this distinction on the site. What is this?
Your system won't allow me to place an order until I pick one of these options.
- The Vista w/ collar set, is an option that includes an extra padding for the brace. If you do not want the extra padding, select Collar.

Ladies an Gentlemen:
Sir/Mam,
I have a cervical neck injured in 3 places, encompassing impact, compression, and an attempt to break my neck from a NYS/Fed. Labor, OSC-MSPB, MN Civil Action Filings while working and going to college in HI. Awaiting the Court to proceed, I was already beginning the start of FAA Part 138/139, and 141 qualifications, for determining without any conceived notions the actual subsequent condition of my determination in seeking a rotary wing private pilots license and instructors rating in intially. During this part of my languishing atop the proper of papers The Co-Defendants saw to finally sqaush me and quash my case.
I now utilize a walker for walking with my lumbar injury after it overlaped my initial case injury of pharmaceutically imposed CNS injuries and ingrained damages. I now also require an adjustable neck height, rigid, comfortable head/chin erection supportive neck brace. From continuing co-Defendant aggrivations and aggitations regarding my lack of self dafence and retributional abilities (and given my lack of maneuverablity). The brace must adjust to raise my head supporting my chin erect and ellongate my cervical spine to relax the nerves and muscles. Like suspension I needed after I was injured from their 2nd attempt (3/27/1999, 1/10/2003), only I require to wear it as I go about shopping and such. This is not for wearing when I sleep. It must be comfortable for hours of wear. And facilitate what I am deprived of - The promotion of positive cervical neck injured sections tenderness to heal. Allowing me to gain energy toward focusing on recovering from the damages with what grows/evolves positively upon having sustained such injuries after my nervous system was disrupted.
What collars are available for this need I have.
Sincerely,
Allan Szafranski
