Product Questions

I want to use this sleeve on my ankles, but need to be able to slide it on using one hand as I will be having rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and will be unable to use my right hand or arm for a few weeks.
Question by: Carolyn on Jul 15, 2016, 5:09 PM
This is fairly easy to apply. If you are wanting it to fit more snug, you may have some trouble pulling it up with only one hand.

is this a 1 time use or can you put it in the freezer and re-use it.
Question by: Allen Rosenbluth on Jan 21, 2015, 6:05 AM
This can be re-used by placing in the freezer

I'm having a hard time understanding how they "slide" on and stay put. Would it work for an upper arm, specifically to be used for after allergy shots, which are just shots placed in the back of your upper arm. I need something that I can put on by myself, will stay cold for longer than 15 minutes, and will stay in place. Would this work?
Question by: Stephanie on Jun 16, 2016, 11:28 AM
It gets put like a glove. It has a hole in the middle where you can slip your hand and pull up your arm. It works like a cold pac. If you need something that stays longer than 15 minutes, I would recommend looking at the Aircast Cold Therapy Units. Below is the link to view the Aircast Cold Therapy Products:
