Allows arm to be positioned in a variety of positions dependent on post-operative requirements (either more posterior or anterior)
Optional De-rotation Strap hooks to the UltraSling III and prevents internal rotation by securely holding the patient’s arm in neutral position.

My surgeon ordered this brace to use after my shoulder surgery. It is easy to adjust with the velcro straps and the clips are easy release, which is helpful when you have to do it one-handed. I found it to be comfortable and supportive. It was easy to get used to. I had to sleep in it for 2 weeks and it wasn't unbearable. The spacer pillow fits nicely between the brace and body. It is a bit bulky and a bit hard to get your coat over, but it was short term and the pros outweigh the cons. All in all, a well made product and I would recommend it. - Iris02
