Could this help a tibial stress fracture?
The DonJoy Shin Splint Support Sleeve will add support and compression to the affected area, but you'll want to consult your doctor to see if you need something like an immobilizer to restrict the range-of-motion.

I have disintegrating disks which cause siatica pain in the lower calf and shin of my right leg. Is this product for me?
If compression helps your leg feel better, this brace will provide that, but if it is uncomfortable for you to have compression, I would not suggest this brace.

Is this splint open in the back or is it a true sleeve?
