Take the measurement of your thigh and calf 6" above and below your kneecap using a flexible type tape measure. Use the diameter you measure here to choose your size.

	1.Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, legs slightly bent and leg muscles contracted.
	2. Measure up six inches from the center of your knee with a tape measure, as shown.
	3. Measure the circumference of your thigh at the 6-inch mark, as shown.
	4. Measure down six inches from the center of your knee with a tape measure, as shown. Then measure the circumference of your calf at the 6-inch mark.

- How the mobility of this product during a sport like soccer or what is the best brace for soccer
- This depends on what the brace will be correcting. Please give us a call at 800-553-6019 so that we can ask a few questions about your doctor's recommendation for a knee brace.

- The hinge are digs into my thigh, but otherwise the brace fits. Can I bend the end of the hinge without breaking it?
- If the uprights are digging in at your thigh and fitting correctly everywhere else, you can take the upright and pull it slightly out at that thigh portion to see if that relieves some of the pressure of the upright. If that does not work, the brace maybe too small and you may need to look at going up to the next size.

- How do you wash this brace? Can you remove the hinges?
  
  Is this brace good for 1 month post ACL surgery? I pretty much believe that I need the most comfortable knee brace with hinges.
- Handwash with mild detergent and air dry. This product is recommended for patella issues not for an ACL injury. For that I would go to the Knee Ligament section, such as the Armor, Fullforce, 4titude, or Legend.
