I told the Dr. I didn't want to wear a brace, but am so glad he explained it to me and talked me into trying it. I was in so much pain, but if I wear the brace during the day, by nighttime, when I take it off for bath and bed, I am comfortable. It has been a real help in my rehab. - Annie

- I am 17 years old. I was recently in a car accident and herniated a disk in my back. I am looking to still play football but I am needing a brace. Will this brace provide the support I need to play football again? I am a quarterback.
- This product would not be recommended during playing football however; you could certainly benefit from this product while rehabilitiating your back for added support.
