    • Could this sleeve be worn under a brace similar to one of your ACL hinged braces?
    • Melissa
The sleeve could possibly be worn under a knee brace

    • Is this brace good for post acl reconstruction once a knee brace has been worn for a month?
    • Hello Jenny,
The DonJoy Deluxe Elastic Knee Sleeve is just a basic compression sleeve, and does not offer any ligament support, it is mainly used for patellafemoral issues. For more support and protection for the ACL I would suggest the DonJoy Deluxe Hinged Knee Brace, the hinges will provide better stability after an ACL surgery. See the link below:

    • Hi, would like to know if this brace is recommended for chondromalacia patella? And are they different depending on whether is right or left knee? In my case I would need it for both knees. Thank you.
    • Thank you for your question. this brace can be worn for chondromalacia. this would be universal to right/left. You would just need to order 2 of this product to have one for each leg.

    • It looks as if these braces do not have a money back guarantee. What if they don't fit and don't work well for their intended purpose?
    • Thank you for your question. All of our products on betterbraces.com have a 90 money back guarantee. If you are concerned about sizing you can call product support for suggested sizing based on your measurements 800-553-6019.

    • Does this have metal stays on each side or is it just heavy fabric? I need the support on each side.
    • The stays are a very flexible metal

    • If my brace has stretched out, is there a way to shrink it back to its smaller size? Im not sure if drying it in a machine dryer is appropriate for this product.
    • Hello, Tunde -

No, the sleeve should not be put in the washer or dryer. This will compromise the material. Unfortunately, you cannot shrink the brace back to its original size if it has stretched out.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!
