I have chronic back pain, probably due to arthritis. I used to be able to use the back brace as a last resort to solve the back pain. Now the pain is persistent enough that I have to use it every day, but I try to keep it to a minimum, like mornings only. The brace makes it tolerable. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it. An orthopedic doctor gave me the first one. I have since ordered a second one so that I'm never without it. - LINDA
