    • I've had both knee replaced and have lymphedema of my legs. Everything is being managed nicely with the exception of knee pain. The Solais wraps I have slip all day. I need something to give my knees some support I'd need something that could measure up tp 30" sometimes due to the fluid. Help
    • Michele
Im not sure what brace you were looking at but for lymphedema, I would suggest a knee sleeve such as the Drytex Basic Knee sleeve http://www.betterbraces.com/donjoy-drytex-basic-knee-sleeve This sleeve's largest size is XXL which will fit a thigh circumference of 26.5"-29.5"
  • From Dede at 6/1/14 9:04 PM
    • I have been using 2 different knee braces ( patellar 2 straps / light support sleeve)
due to a LCL strain / IT Band . I do a fair amount of walking / up&down stairs for my work would this be a good choice for a LCL?

    • Dede
The Cross Strap is for patellar tendonitis, osgood schlatter's diseas IT band pain. For a LCL sprain you would want t hinged knee brace to support that ligament. The DonJoy Economy Hinged Knee Brace would help. http://www.betterbraces.com/donjoy-economy-hinged-knee

  • From NELLY at 4/9/13 4:25 PM
    • DO YOU HAVE A CPT CODE AND ICD9 CODE TO REQUEST THIS FROM A PATIENTS INSURANCE?
    • Nelly,
CPT and ICD9 codes come from a physicians office or a Physical Therapy Dept.
  • From nicole at 7/25/11 1:10 PM
    • How do you put in on??
    • There is a slit in one side of the strap that you thread the other side through at the front of the knee just under the knee cap. The donjoy logo will be at the top of your calf so that someone standing behind you can read it, then attach the velcro on each side of the strap onto the brace to hold in place.
  • From Meghan at 10/7/10 4:26 PM
    • Can you wear the Cross Strap Brace in the water if you are a swimmer with Osgood Shlatter Disease?
    • Yes you can. Just rinse with fresh water and air dry afterward.
