Product Questions

Does this product have "elastic" so this can be slipped onto wrist like a glove and then adjustable with the Velcro straps or is it just open and adjustable?
Question by: Bonnie on Feb 23, 2016, 9:25 AM
This product is not elastic but it does slip on and then can be tightened with the straps.
Answer by: Admin on Feb 23, 2016, 9:25 AM
Is the strap secured by hook and loop (velcro)?
Question by: Quick on Jun 10, 2012, 5:50 PM
Yes, the strap is secured via Velcro.

I just had surgery for tears in my wrist still have a ligament tear. Wanted a brace that can go in the water while I am healing to swim. Is this the one you would recommend or which? Which would be water proof?
Question by: Laura on May 3, 2015, 12:09 PM
You can wear any of our braces in the water but they should be rinsed and air dried afterwards. I would suggest a brace that will not become so heavy while wet such as the Aircast A2.
Answer by: Admin on May 3, 2015, 12:09 PM
Does this brace have vertical supports on either side of the hand? How long are they? Are they rigid? What material is used? Can you please give me the dimensions of the palm support?
Question by: Lena on Aug 25, 2014, 7:43 PM
This brace has one dorsal aluminum stay in it that is 1.5 in wide and approximately 7-8 long. The stay is removable.

I had great braces for carpal tunnel in the past that had a place for small ice packs that came with the braces. Do you have anything like that? Also does the ComfortFORM Wrist Support keep my wrist from bending back as well as forward?
Question by: tami on Aug 2, 2012, 3:11 PM
We do not have a brace with an area for ice packs. We do have a Dura Kold wrist wrap for icing which will provide you pain relief. The Comfort Form Wrist Brace is a cock up splint it will keep the wrist from flexing but not extending, or bending backwards.
