- How does the Aircast cooler work? Does it plug in to an electric outlet to pump the water?
  
  Do I need a prescription for this?
- This Aircast Cryo/Cuff Cooler does not plug into the wall and does not require a prescription. This version uses gravity to transfer cold ice water from the cooler to the pad and back again once the water has warmed up.
  
  There is another version call the Aircast Cryo/Cuff IC that is motorized that uses a pump instead of gravity to push the ice water from the cooler to the pad. This version does require a prescription.

- I am looking to replace my knee cryo cuff insulation pad that sits on top of water/ice in cooler. Cannot seem to find that replacement part. Any suggestion?
